LEED O&M Certification
Situation: The Colorado Convention Center sought to expand its potential client base to organizations that require sustainable sites for their meetings and events. The Convention Center was committed to becoming a premier green meeting venue, but did not have a budget allocated for the project.

Solution: UHG Consulting analyzed the CCC's operations and designed a path to achieving LEED Certification for Operations & Maintenance that did not require any large capital outlays.

Delivering Results: UHG Consulting designed and guided the Colorado Convention Center along and economical, low-cost LEED Certification path, which culminated in LEED Certified status, over $1 million in utility cost reductions, and cost-free publicity.

Operational Manual - UHG produced a comprehensive manual to give CCC staff easy access to its sustainable policies and procedures.​
Tracking Databases - UHG created tracking systems for each department to ensure that the CCC has the tools to continue with its environmental commitment and maintain LEED Certified status.
